After knowing Eveline for a long time, there was no one else I thought of to help my fiance and I find our first home. We lucked out with the most perfect house for the two of us. After showing the home for the first time to us, we were informed that another offer had been accepted on the house. 
However, a few weeks later Eveline called with great news (for us!) that the offer fell through. Being very knowledgeable and hard-working Eveline worked so hard to help and guide us through a bidding war to WIN our house.
With our very busy schedules she made sure to always be available and to finda way to make all showings and appointments work for us. She listened to exactly what kind of vision we wanted and made our dream come true. 
We also loved her honesty and ability to recognize our needs and wants, sometimes before we even did. She maintained such respectful and appropriate client to sales-person relationship regardless of our personal history. Both my fiance and I are so happy with everything and we would both highly recommend Eveline to anyone! (as I already have!!)

I cant say enough positive things about my decision to hire Eveline as my Realtor to sell my house.
